Since it was established over fifty years ago as Roadworks (1952) Ltd, Jackson has continued to grow and is today one of the UK’s leading regional based civil engineering contractors, operating throughout most of England. Boole House, Lincoln is at the heart of the IT and management delivery for the PCT and LPT in Lincolnshire. It has a wide and varied role in supporting NHS units and the general public throughout the region. In conjunction with its every day role, the centre also has to react, manage and deliver services to any given emergency Health related crisis.
At the frontline of this response is its telephony infrastructure. Today, this Centre of Excellence boasts the latest technology delivering high quality of care to the population of Lincolnshire.
Ian Dudley (Head of IT Services, NHS Lincolnshire) and his team have done a great deal of planning and drawn on a wealth of operational experience to deliver this solution.
